Your Gmail must first be registered by the cashier in Contacts. Google verification activates that existing CLIENT identity; it does not create an unrelated customer account.
Use the exact Gmail you gave ROi Payment Center. Customer login remains Google-only. If your Gmail is not yet listed in Contacts, ask the cashier to add it first.
